Question: What do you think about Poland?
Olha: I like Poland, it is a great country. I like it here, both the country and the city itself.
Taimur: I became fond of Poland, people are very nice and polite here. If you have good friends here it is a good place to live I think.
Question: What do you think about students of our school?
Taimur: I think students of you school, or any other in Poland, are a bit shy, quite opposite to students in Pakistan. And you are nice and funny, too.
Olha: They are friendly and nice. It is great that we can discuss different topics, for example about politices, our hobbies and interests or favourite books.
Question: Have you noticed any differences between Poland and your countries?
Taimur: Yes, I noticed a lot of differences. Of course the most visible one is the skin colour, but it is nothing new to me that people notice that first.
Olha: Poland and Ukraine are quite similar. We speak slightly similar language and that is why we can communicate easily. Poland is a more developed country that Ukraine.
Question: What can you tell us about our city – Toruń?
Olha: I love Toruń. I fund lots of friends here. There are many unique things in Toruń such as Copernicus Monument, ginger bread – which I love. I like your traditions, too.
Taimur: Toruń is a great city in my opinion. I like it. It is definitely full of life.
Thank you very much for your time. We wish you all the best with the Global Citizen Project and of course have a memorable stay in Poland.
